Reserving Rooms:

Clinicians and Fellows will receive a room reservation link (with unique booking code) in their registration confirmation email.

Sponsors will receive a room reservation link (with unique booking code) upon securing their sponsorship and may only reserve the number of rooms allocated in their sponsorship level. 

Please note: Exhibitors are required to reserve rooms at one of the satellite hotels listed below.
